This paper comprises comprehensive bibliography on the Eurasian otter (Lutra lutra) in the Nízke Tatry (Low Tatras Mts.) National Park. Otter is autochthonous species in water streams in this territory. 143 documents or literary sources were found, both published (126 items) and unpublished (17), such as bachelor and diploma theses, final scientific reports, documentation of nature conservation, and some notes. The bibliography covers the period between 1736 and the middle 2009.
