A Previously Undescribed Coin with a Lion and an Eagle from the Turn of the 13th and 14th Centuries

The article presents an until undescribed anepigraphic small coin bearing the images of a lion and an eagle. The authors present a catalogue of all specimens known to date, and based on the iconography of the coin, its occurrence in the finds and technical parameters, they discuss its probable origin and time of production, suggesting that it is a Bohemian issue minted at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries.
