Muzejní prožitek, vstřícné prostředí a pracovníci v první linii

The museum experience is influenced by a variety of factors. In recent years there has been an increasing awareness of these various influences and museums have been placing special emphasis on the expansion of their wide range of services, e.g. increasing visitor comfort and both physical and mental accessibility of the museums. Analysis of the reaction of visitors as recorded in guestbooks, found on social networks or received as a part of the content of direct email communication shows that, from the visitor’s perspective, one of the main factors, if not the principal one, is communication with the staff in the front line.
