Acta Entomologica Musei Nationalis Pragae | 2008/48/2

The endemic Philippine genus Orthosaldula Gapud, 1986 and the type species O. rubroalata Gapud, 1986 from central and southern Luzon are redescribed. A male from Quezon Province, Central Luzon, is designated as the lectotype of O. rubroalata; the year of original publication is corrected. Two species are described as new to science, Orthosaldula stysi sp. nov. from Leyte and O. flavonigra sp. nov. from Cebu.
