Přemyslid Efforts to Annex the Cheb Region (Egerland) in the Light of Coin Production

The study regarding the Eger coinage, grounded in the evidence from written sources and coin hoards, seeks to establish that the Eger Mint operated continuously from its founding in the 1180s until 1300 and to document which coin types were minted by Přemysl II Ottokar, the King of Bohemia, during his annexation of the Cheb region/Egerland (1266–1276).
