Museum: Museum and Regional Studies | 2024/62/1

The paper aims to discuss how the cultural heritage of na­tional and ethnic minorities is presented in the permanent exhibition “History of the 20th Century” at the National Museum in Prague. It explores current approaches and trends in exhibiting minorities world­wide, focusing on national minorities. The paper considers how these approaches are applied in the exhibition and examines the response from experts. Additionally, it introduces museum education programs as a way to educate school children and students about this topic.
