In the media sphere it is possible to consider the relations among the used technologies, media organizations and users of these technologies who work in media organizations. These links have existed, of course, since the first media organizations began to form themselves, but at present these relations are more complicated because print and electronic media exist together and because each media organization can use all existing media at once. In an effort to understand the current situation it is useful to reflect the historical context. The aim of my contribution is therefore to describe the situation in the first half of the 20th century in our country. Specifically, I focus on the use of different means of transport and of transfer technologies. My output is largely based on the results of a research of archival materials from the National Archives.
