Acta Musei Nationalis Pragae – Historia | 2023/77/3-4

The paper introduces the new collection of the Slovak National Museum’s Museum of History in Bratislava, detailing the circumstances that led to its establishment, the issue of naming the collection with its intended broad scope of interest, and concepts and ideas that are key to determining the collection‘s significance. It provides a closer examination of the collection items that have already been acquired and registered in the ESEZ system, along with objects that are awaiting acquisition and finally those that are planned to be added to the collection. Finally, the paper outlines plans for working with the collection and activities through which the collection items will be presented to the public.
