„New library collections“ include documents created during last two hundred years, starting with year 1801. Thanks bookfunds digitization is changing importance and role of preservation bookfunds in their good physical state. Papers, produced after years 1845, are produced from non high quality, woodcontaining materials and their longevity is very low. This article is describing bookfunds survey methodology and database and statistical information using in practices. There is described function of databases, detailed documents parameters by survey and also results application in practice using.
