One of the central issues related to the theme of the perception of Czech culture during this period concerns culture that is not supported by the state. What driving forces were used during the absence of the state institutions that play the main role in the process of the projection of culture into a foreign space (the role performed after 1918 by the Third Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)?
